- Shipment charges start from US$5 and up, depending on your destination and delivery service selected. You will see an estimate only after you begin the checkout process.
- Free delivery within Hong Kong for single order total over HKD400.
- Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise weight of your order before any deductions.
- Not subject to special offers.
- Charges are calculated before taxes.
- All orders are subject to verification.
- If items are preordered/backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
- For in-stock items, orders are packed and ready to ship in 1 to 4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Order usually arrives within 3 to 21 business days.
Customs & Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

We make every attempt to minimize the potential impact of delays. However, please kindly note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures that may cause delays in delivery estimates.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise but shipping charges are non-refundable.
